WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITy:
Any participating person (hereinafter 'PARTICIPANT') in a training program, physical program, exercise program, class, or any other event (hereinafter collectively 'TRAINING') sponsored and/or conducted by, or on behalf of, Core Barre/ABsolute Pilates Inc., its officers, directors, employees, related companies, successors, assigns, independent contractors, and/or training instructors (hereinafter collectively 'PROVIDER'), will participate in said TRAINING, including, but not limited to, engaging in physical activity and exercise associated with the TRAINING, and utilizing equipment, instruction, services, facilities, and premises that are part of the TRAINING, entirely and expressly at the PARTICIPANT'S own risk. Further, in express consideration for being permitted to participate in said TRAINING, PARTICIPANT, on behalf of herself or himself, and all successors, heirs and assigns, agrees to completely and forever release and hold harmless PROVIDER from any and all liability for injury, death, damages, any loss to PARTICIPANT and/or the personal property of the PARTICIPANT, as well as any claim, demand, lawsuit, injury, and damage of whatever type or nature (hereinafter collectively 'CLAIM'), even if caused by acts or omissions, including but not limited to negligence, of PROVIDER. In addition, as further consideration for being permitted to participate in said TRAINING, PARTICIPANT authorizes PROVIDER to take photographs and/or video images of PARTICIPANT (hereinafter collectively 'PICTURES') during the TRAINING for use by PROVIDER in advertisements and/or other promotional materials for similar future events. PARTICIPANT hereby expressly consents to such use and forever releases any and all rights that PARTICIPANT has as to his or her image as depicted in the PICTURES, as well as any and all other rights PARTICIPANT may have to the PICTURES. The PARTICIPANT further expressly agrees that the foregoing WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law, and that if any portions of this WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY are found invalid for any reason, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. Additionally, PARTICIPANT expressly authoriwaiverzes the use of electronic means to enter into, and evidence, this WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY agreement. Further, PARTICIPANT and PROVIDER expressly agree that North Carolina state law shall apply to any CLAIM arising from the TRAINING and that any lawsuit arising from a CLAIM shall be venued in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.   By registering for a course or workshop at CORE BARRE/ABsolute Pilates Inc., the PARTICIPANT acknowkedges that he or she has read, understood and agrees that the PARTICIPANT is bound by the foregoing WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY.

 

CANCELLATION POLICy:

All fees paid minus a $50 administrative fee will be refunded for any cancellations made 30 days prior to the first date of this course. There are no refunds for any cancellations made within 30 days prior to the to the first date of the course. Cancelled course fees may be transferred to another course or workshop offered by CORE BARRE. This does not apply to any special events hosted by CORE BARRE.  CORE BARRE makes every effort to hold courses at the dates, times and locations, and with the instructors and classes specified on our web site. We reserve the right to cancel and/or change event dates, times, instructors and locations, although this happens very rarely. In the very unlikely event that circumstances dictate that we postpone or cancel a class, you will be refunded your registration fee in full or offered a transfer to another CORE BARRE course.  CORE BARRE is not responsible for courses, or portions of courses that an attendee misses due to illness, emergency, or other event beyond the control of CORE BARRE/ABsolute Pilates Inc. CORE BARRE is not responsible for losses incurred by any attendee for airline fares or other travel arrangements in the event that the course must be cancelled or postponed. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

There  are no returns accepted on Core Suspension equipment.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s Internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our courses, new workshops, products in our online store and other updates.  CORE BARRE also films courses or selections for use in marketing or educational programs. If you prefer not to be filmed, you may opt out by emailing before the start of the course. Requests to opt out after filming has started will not be accepted.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, register for a course or workshop, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no. How do I withdraw my consent? We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Wix.comOur store is hosted on Wix.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
