We provide instructor training in innovative cross-disciplinary exercise modalities that emphasize the beauty and the Art of Smart Movement®.   The three day teacher training is aimed to inspire and invigorate the teacher, to deepen their own personal practice and to expand their knowledge base of biomechanics with a structured syllabus that truly promotes the Art of Smart Movement®.
