Shauna Smith Yates, PMA-CPT
Shauna is owner and an instructor at The Bodysmith in Springfield, Missouri.
Shauna began her Pilates instruction in 1999 to rehab a reoccurring injury from her many years of ballet training.
She fell in love with the movement, range of motion and strength training Pilates provided to her own body.
Shauna began her certification in 1999 in the Stott Pilates® method while finishing her degree at Drury University in Studio Art and Art History. In 2002, received her Instructor Trainer Certification in Toronto, Canada.
In addition to her work with her private clients, Shauna has provided Stott Pilates® education to students to Springfield, the surrounding areas, and has spent time teaching in Sao Paulo, Brazil and Bundang, South Korea.
Shauna has also furthered her education by becoming a CORE BARRE Smart Movement® Master Trainer. Shauna now provides CORE BARRE™ and CORE SUSPEND™ education in the Midwest at The Bodysmith.

Ole Eugenio
Ole Eugenio, is the Creator of Core Suspend and Core Reform from the systems of Smart Movement®
As a former gymnast, Ole was fortunate enough to study with Romana Kryzanowska, who started as a student of Joseph Pilates, in 1991. Today, Ole still holds a high regard to the Authentic Classical Pilates training he was first exposed too in it's purest form.
Starting out in aerobic classes in Manila, he moved on to training as a fitness instructor and gained international acclaim by helping to introduce Step Aerobics and Latin Aerobics to Hong Kong and Dubai. Ole went on to become the first Filipino to be fully certified by the Stott Pilates method in 2001.
In 2006, Ole was invited to become an Instructor Trainer for Stott Pilates® and launched his own Pilates studio in Singapore. Since then, he has trained hundreds of students throughout Asia, helping to seed many new Pilates studios and enabling the growth of his own chain of studios which is now established throughout Asia.
Ole is a recognized Master Trainer for CORE BARRE™ and it's systems of Smart Movement® in Asia.
Ole is also a certified teacher of GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® and has been an integral part of programming for the CORE BARRE, CORE SUSPEND and CORE REFORM Systems of Smart Movement®.

Fhe Manalili Samia
Fhe Manalili Samia is a Master Trainer for Core Systems of Smart Movement including Core Reform, Core Barre and Core Suspend. She is also a former certified trainer for Pilates Academy International in New York(PAI), Stott Pilates, REDCORD Neurac (Norway), Yoga Alliance (RYT 200) and Les Mills Asia Pacific programs and former program head in Body Combat and Body Jam at Fitness First Philippines.
Fhe is one of the Top 4 Nike women’s Elite in the Philippines (2005-2008). Fhe was the private Fitness trainer of former President of the Republic of the Philippines (Ms. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo) from 2006-2009.
She's been in the Fitness Industry for over 20 years teaching multiple programs in group exercise, dance choreography as well as personal training.
Fhe is also a Lead Instructor and Fitness Technical Consultant HIPHOP NIKE ROCKSTAR Fitness tour in the Philippines. Fhe has presented and participated in countless Fitness competitions and shows including MTV HIP HOP GRIND, Aerobics Marathon Champion, National Power lifting Champion (Philippines), Won the title Ms. Great Bodies and Ms. Fitness 2000(sponsored by GNC), Asian Aerobic Champion (ASIAFIT 1998-1999,Hongkong), Gold medalist in the International Aerobic Championship(USA 2000-2002) and Silver medallist Asian Power lifting Championship.2 timer Fitness presenter, Asian Fitness Convention(ASIAFIT 2011 & 2013,Bangkok Thailand).
Fhe’s experience as a Group Exercise program head and fitness and aerobics presenter lets her keep her workshops fun and interactive for all levels.

Monica Hoekstra
Monica Hoekstra is the creator and founder of CORE BARRE-Smart Movement® and the Systems of Smart Movement®.
Core Barre is a result of Ms Hoekstra’s professional dance and pilates background. She was taught early on the importance of the art of movement with her classical ballet training in the Vaganova Ballet style. The principle of this style is based on the expression of elegance that leads to technical precision and artistic impression. Monica wished to replicate this principle with Core Barre by means of creating a classical system of movement and education that is rewarding and fulfilling for both the teacher and the student.
Ms. Hoekstra's teaching experience spans over twenty years. She is a 3rd generation Authentic Pilates Instructor certified by New York Pilates Studio®, under the direction of Sean Gallagher and also by Romana's Pilates®, under the direction of Sari Mejia Santos. She also holds a full comprehensive certification by Balanced Body®, and formerly Stott Pilates® for which she was an Instructor Trainer for ten years.
In addition, Ms. Hoekstra is a Certified GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Instructor. She credits this methodology for inspiring her creativity and adding diversity to her teaching. Last, she is certified by ACE® (American Council on Exercise).
Monica is also fully trained by Aaron Mattes in advanced level AIS: Active Isolated Stretching and is proud to offer his methodology within the Core Barre Systems of Smart Movement®.
Ms. Hoekstra has trained student instructors nationwide as well as in Brazil and in Eastern Europe. She is an author contributing to various publications and has written several fitness articles that describe how movement continues to evolve in the professional fitness industry.
Monica is passionate about teaching and enjoys coaching clients and students to achieve their optimal fitness goals. She credits much of her early teaching experience to Bela Kovarski, John Landovsky and Pavel Rotaru, Rotaru International Ballet, who taught the importance of teaching a strong solid foundation and a structured syllabus and system of movement.
Her teaching style is both encouraging and motivating with an emphasis on technique and biomechanics.
She also understands the need to simply keep people moving while guiding them in their own journey of self discovery through an awareness with mind and body for an appreciation of smart movement®.
